ACGBBQ, LLC., a Sonny's BBQ licensed franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Brandon, MS location. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and development of team members while ensuring a safe, friendly environment for guests.

Qualifications

• At least two years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Fluent English reading and writing; able to interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing hourly staff; schedule and evaluate.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Serve as the go‑to resource for hourly team members and address needs daily.
• Set clear benchmarks and ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Oversee hourly performance and ensure shifts meet company expectations.
• Be available to respond to store needs and guest service needs.
• Implement operations policies and programs in the store.
• Commit to 45–50 hours per week; peak seasons may require more.
