Responsibilities

• Directs crew, assigns duties, and provides quick service and friendly interactions with customers and team members.
• Performs all restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Ensures temperature, packaging, appearance, and presentation meet standards.
• Follows and enforces all food safety guidelines.
