Job summary

The Cowlitz Indian Tribe is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met across front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume setting, and proficiency with Toast or Micros POS. Availability for a flexible schedule and ability to lift 50 lb are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Two years’ Toast, Micros, or similar POS experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Leads and manages FOH staff including hiring, discipline, training and coaching.
• Ensures cleanliness in all areas of restaurant and around perimeter.
• Communicates with FOH and BOH managers daily to review operations.
• Writes shift reports after each shift and emails to management team.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and health/safety regulations.
