Qualifications

• Two (2) years alcohol beverage server or bartender experience in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive team environment.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, reach and stand for 8 hours.
• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily activities of beverage department personnel.
• Promotes superior guest service and maintains positive culture.
• Creates and manages all schedules and supervises staff.
• Directs Leads and Trainer daily to assist with service to guests.
• Maintains inventory and asset management of all beverage products.
• Coaches and counsels team members as required.
• Attends monthly planning meetings and maintains confidentiality.
