Job summary

Cowlitz Indian Tribe's ilani Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in Ridgefield. You will supervise FOH staff, coach, hire, schedule, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

The role requires 3 years of supervisory experience in high-volume settings, proficiency with Toast/Micros, and strong leadership, communication, and financial accountability. Expect 40–50 hours weekly with flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• 2 years’ experience with Toast, Micros, or similar POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Leads FOH staff with hiring, discipline, training, and coaching.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in BOH/FOH.
• Write shift reports and email to management.
• Collaborate with FOH/BOH managers daily to review operations.
• Maintain policy adherence and professional documentation.
