Ruby Tuesday in Dallas, GA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, train and supervise kitchen and service teams, and act as the on-site management point of contact for guests.

You will drive sales and guest satisfaction, ensure food safety and quality, manage costs, and uphold company policies and operational playbooks to deliver a consistent, high‑quality dining experience.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including daily activities, work assignments, time off requests.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide coaching and discipline as needed.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory levels and safety standards.
• Ensure CHARM Service Model is executed by every team member with every guest.
• Train and schedule Front and Back of House staff to ensure policy compliance.
