Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees and shifts.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and coach/counsel staff as needed.
• Direct kitchen operations and food preparation to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; monitor food costs and inventory.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and security procedures; ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee scheduling, shift planning, and staff coverage; use logs and reports for continuous improvement.
