Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain before training completion.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and oversee hourly staff.
• Lead shifts as management representative; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Monitor kitchen operations and address issues promptly.
• Schedule staff and assign tasks; manage open hours.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; control food costs and inventory.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to Ruby Tuesday policies and playbooks.
• Provide training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Oversee food/beverage production to recipe specifications.
• Resolve guest recovery situations with discretion.
• Communicate shift notes and needs through the manager logbook.
• Enforce security measures to protect staff and guests.
• Help manage costs of food, supplies, and liquor; conduct weekly inventory.
