Ruby Tuesday is seeking an accomplished Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach and supervise hourly staff, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will drive sales, manage costs, and uphold safety and food quality standards.

The role emphasizes team leadership, training, and adherence to company playbooks while maintaining the highest service levels for every guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all hourly employees and daily activities.
• Lead shifts as the management representative and conduct evaluations.
• Direct work assignments, schedules and training to staff.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while controlling costs and inventory.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and food quality standards consistently.
• Ensure staff follow Ruby Tuesday policies and playbooks.
• Coordinate front and back of house operations and staff communications.
• Maintain Keller-level food safety and compliance certifications.
