Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations of the restaurant in Fayetteville, NC. You will lead a team of hourly staff, staff training, and ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including with respect to their daily activities, work assignments, time off requests and unique needs.
• Drives sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory levels, utility usage, and Health Department ratings.
• Ensures food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, sanitation of food products.
• Directs scheduling and assigns tasks before, during and after open hours of the restaurant.
• Enforces appropriate security measures to protect employees and guests.
