Peter Piper Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager to ensure high-quality guest experiences, restaurant profitability, and adherence to standards. You will coach and develop team members, manage onboarding, and help lead operations with a focus on hospitality and safe, clean environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and compliant with local laws for serving alcohol
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent
• 2 years of management experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to ensure restaurant profitability through sales, labor control and waste reduction.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new Managers and Team Members.
• Train, coach and develop entry-level managers and team members.
• Open and close the restaurant following the appropriate checklists.
• Ensure all managers and team members adhere to rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and guests.
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations.
• Assign daily tasks to entry-level managers and team members and follow up.
