Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age (must meet local legal age for serving alcohol)
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 2 years of management experience (restaurant/hospitality preferred)
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to protect profitability via sales, labor cost control, and waste reduction.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new Managers and Team Members.
• Train, coach and develop entry-level managers and team members.
• Open and close the restaurant by following checklists.
• Ensure all managers and team members adhere to rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for managers, team members and guests.
