Job summary

Dunkin' in Ocean City, MD seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and shift leaders. You will lead floor operations, train staff, and ensure brand standards are followed to deliver great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales.

You will assist in product rollouts, marketing and sampling while maintaining safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Assist with new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment following safety, food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Complete inventory on a periodic basis as determined by Franchisee.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure cash handling policies are followed.
• Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.
• Onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach team members to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
