Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager and Shift leaders; cover manager duties in their absence.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to the team.
• Support new product rollouts, training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in compliance with laws.
• Lead cash handling and prevent discrepancies in cash at register.
