Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Georgetown, DE is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and team. In their absence, they perform the duties of the Restaurant Manager, help lead floor operations and deliver strong guest experiences while ensuring brand standards.

You will foster a guest-focused culture, manage costs, and participate in inventory, training and new product rollouts, while maintaining safety and compliance across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management skills.
• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members
• Execute along with RM, new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Completion of inventory on a periodic basis as determined by Franchisee
• Manages cash over/short in restaurant and ensures team members are following franchisee's cash management policies
• Engages with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriate
• Onboard and develop restaurant team members
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
