You will oversee all aspects of the operation, from details to strategy, while guiding hourly staff and managing costs to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced entertainment-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Age 21+
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
