Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, high-quality service. You will work closely with the District Manager to uphold standards, manage schedules, and ensure clean, inviting environments for guests.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced setting, 1+ year in an Assistant Manager role, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing - access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent - possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team; coach and develop staff.
