Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and deliver friendly, prompt service in a clean, inviting environment. You will work closely with the General Manager and District Manager to maintain standards and procedures, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year of assistant management in fast-paced settings, flexibility for rotating shifts, and strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; possession of all required documents under state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, customer-service focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orient new team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff while maintaining team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Meet health and safety inspection standards.
• Set a positive, family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
