Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist daily operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

The role supports the General Manager and District Manager, focusing on team leadership, staffing, and maintaining operational standards. Training and development are provided to help achieve management goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections are met and uphold a family-friendly environment.
