Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager in Las Cruces, NM to act as operations leader for a single restaurant. You will support the RGM by managing daily operations, leading 20–45 staff, and driving profitability through inventory, vendor coordination, and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching shifts coordinators, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring efficient, accurate product preparation and delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability influence.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members 20–45 employees.
• Ensure inventory control, cash handling, and asset management.
• Oversee food preparation and speed of service to meet brand standards.
• Coach and develop shifts coordinators and team members to improve performance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
