Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and impact on profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work long/irregular shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant operations to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Support RGM in daily operations and people development.
• Manage inventory, cash control, and asset maintenance.
• Directly manage Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members (20-45 employees).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and speed of service guidelines.
