Job summary

Qualifications

• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability and control costs to improve margins.
• Manage inventory including ordering and tracking stock.
• Direct daily operations and supervise 20–45 staff members.
• Ensure brand standards and fast, friendly guest service.
• Perform Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
