Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management influence profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Profitability: manage inventory costs, place/receive inventory trucks, monitor assets, oversee preventative maintenance, enforce cash control procedures.
• Guest: motivate and direct team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• People: provide coaching and feedback to shifts Coordinators and Team Members.
• Operations: direct team toward efficient prep and sale of products, ensure adherence to speed and brand standards; cover Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
