Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a single restaurant’s operations, drive sales, and manage profit and loss. You will hire, train, and develop managers and hourly staff, ensure safety and sanitation, and uphold company policies while partnering with the GM.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Meets all company service standards.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Hire, train, and develop management and hourly team members.
• Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals and control costs.
• Ensure safety/sanitation compliance and HACCP/ServSafe standards.
• Balance cash handling, deposits, and financial records with HR guidance.
• Oversee maintenance, vendor relations, and inventory control.
