Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive operational excellence at one location. You will oversee sales, profitability, staffing, safety, training, and guest service while ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.

The role requires restaurant management experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling and a focus on continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure food and service meet standards.
• Energetic and flexible.
• Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor in difficult situations.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Forms strong working relationships within team.
• Identifies additional tasks and assists others.
• Follows direction with focus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Meets all company service standards.
• Completes ongoing Certifications/ Validations (LTO, new menu, etc.).
• Maintains a clean back-of-house area.
• Works swiftly to complete all tickets within timeframes.
• Adhere to Uniform Attire & Appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality and conduct 100% table visits.
• Effectively handle guest complaints and feedback.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract guests.
• Build positive relationships with community members.
• Support staffing needs and interview candidates.
• Plan and lead shift meetings and solicit feedback.
• Provide performance feedback and development goals to staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage shifts to meet sales and profit goals.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and bank logistics.
• Coordinate facility maintenance with Director of Operations.
• Maintain vendor relationships for timely deliveries.
• Monitor food quality, recipes, and portion control.
