Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a single-location operation with focus on sales growth, P&L, and guest service. Responsibilities include hiring and training, safety/compliance, and maintaining quality food and service standards.

Candidate should have 2+ years of restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage shifts, coach staff, and coordinate with Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Energetic and flexible.
• Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality by conducting 100% table visits of guests in the restaurant.
• Effectively handle guest complaints.
• Assist marketing techniques and research to attract new guests.
• Build positive, professional relationships with members of the community.
• Assist with staffing needs, review applications, interview candidates, and training.
• Plan and lead shift meetings and solicit feedback from team members.
• Provide performance feedback and development goals to hourly team members.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
