Logan's Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive restaurant operations, sales, and profitability. You will oversee hiring, training, safety, guest service, and adherence to standards, with accountability for financials and daily execution.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant management, strong communication, and leadership, plus certification compliance. You will lead shifts, manage costs, and partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Energetic, flexible and calm under pressure.
• Maintains a clean, organized back-of-house.
• Meets safety and sanitation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality with 100% table visits.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
• Assist with staffing, interviews, and training.
• Lead shift meetings and provide feedback.
• Oversee cash handling and bank deposits.
• Ensure safety, HACCP, OSHA compliance.
• Monitor costs and drive sales and profits.
