Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its Dickson, TN location to lead daily operations, drive sales and profitability, hire/train managers and staff, and ensure safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.

You will manage staffing, conduct shift meetings, coach team members, handle guest concerns, and maintain compliance with SERV Safe, OSHA, HACCP, and cash controls while partnering with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality by conducting 100% table visits of guests in the restaurant.
• Effectively handle guest complaints and maintain service quality.
• Assist staffing, interviews, and training to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Plan and lead shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching to team.
• Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals, including labor and cost of sales.
• Ensure SERV Safe Alcohol, Food, OSHA, and HACCP standards; PCI compliance where needed.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and banking procedures; maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the facility; coordinate with vendors.
