Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Ohio. The AGM will oversee operating hours, supervise staff, ensure cleanliness, hospitality, food quality, and speed of service, while hands-on training team members and guiding onboarding.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, inventory and cash procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Must be 18+, with leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and give change.
• Maintain cleanliness of front/back of house and restrooms.
• Manage shifts, staffing, and scheduling.
• Coach and develop team members and provide feedback.
• Monitor speed of service and ensure targets are met.
• Assist with safety, inventory, and daily cash procedures.
