Job summary

The Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in North Canton, OH. The AGM provides leadership coverage during operating hours, supervises shifts, and trains team members to uphold service, quality, and cleanliness standards.

You will analyze daily operations, lead scheduling and cash procedures, coach staff, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities
