Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Mentor, OH. The AGM will oversee operations during shifts, supervise staff, ensure service quality, food safety, and profitability by maintaining cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service, while training and coaching team members daily.

The role requires at least 6 months in a supervisory role, a high school diploma, and legal right to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated reliability and good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and can arrive on time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and regulatory compliance.
• Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees and guide onboarding.
• Report serious issues to manager and HR as needed.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to meet targets.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and expenses to improve margins.
