Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in North Royalton, OH. The AGM will provide operating hours coverage, supervise staff, train employees, uphold cleanliness, hospitality, product quality and speed of service.

You will help manage shifts, schedule team members, coach employees, handle cash procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and payroll processes while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Have minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with laws.
