Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in North Olmsted, OH. The AGM provides management coverage during operating hours and oversees staff to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service.

You will train team members, handle guest needs, manage shifts, and support safety, cash procedures, inventory, and audits to maintain margins and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Able to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare and package food to Taco Bell standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of front of house, back of house, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and coach team members daily.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to meet targets.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
