Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink to standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant (front and back of house).
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and ensure fair treatment of employees.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Find, hire and onboard Taco Bell employees.
• Assist with safety concerns and report issues to management.
• Conduct food safety, audits and inventory monitoring.
• Assist with schedule creation and team deployment.
• Monitor speed of service and address bottlenecks.
• Maintain daily cash procedures and bank deposits.
