• Maintain Firehouse Subs brand culture and ensure guest satisfaction through superior service.
• Direct staffing, training, development, and performance management of the team.
• Coordinate local marketing efforts and community engagement in the trade area.
• Ensure equipment is kept in good working order and communication with ownership on issues.
