Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Ability to hire, train and motivate a high-performance team.
• Understand food and labor costs and P&L implications.
• Open availability including weekends and some nights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant to meet standards of service, quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health, wage, age, ADA and OSHA requirements.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team and align with company culture.
• Drive profitability through cost controls and sales growth.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and train them.
