Job summary

You will recruit, train and develop staff, monitor performance, plan schedules, and manage costs while maintaining a safe and compliant dining room. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings.
• Deliver training to restaurant team members.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to staff.
• Execute new product roll-outs including training and sampling.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant environment.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Complete inventory and weekly labor scheduling.
• Manage cash handling and vendor orders.
