Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team meetings and training.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed and safety/compliance is followed.
• Manage cash handling and inventory as directed by Franchisee.
• Communicate priorities and results to team; implement action plans from guest feedback.
