Job summary

• High-volume restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Must be ServSafe® certified.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service and training skills.
• Ability to manage COGS and labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems and routines.
• Assist in the execution of the restaurant’s business plan and manage P&L implications.
• Ensure Fan service meets company standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Lead and develop the team, schedule staff and maintain a positive work climate.
• Maintain health and safety with ServSafe certification and food safety practices.
• Support store marketing activities and local promotions.
• Work under high volume conditions and manage inventory, cash, and safety procedures.
