Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a Manager to assist the Store Manager in executing all aspects of restaurant operations. You will manage the restaurant during shifts, uphold Dairy Queen standards for quality, speed, and cleanliness, and help implement the business plan.

Responsibilities include inventory, cash control, scheduling, and staff development. Qualified candidates have strong customer service, leadership, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
• One to three years of management in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be detail oriented with capability to oversee restaurant operations and multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the restaurant’s business plan as directed by the DQ Grill and Chill Manager.
• Manage entire operation of DQ restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation; ensure speed of service.
