Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a positive, energetic manager to oversee dining room and kitchen operations, motivate the team, and deliver fan-first service. You will lead shifts, ensure safety and cleanliness, manage inventory and costs, and uphold the brand standards that keep fans coming back.

This role requires 1-3 years of high-volume leadership, ServSafe certification, and a proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a friendly attitude.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience; quick service preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.

Responsibilities

  • Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance.
  • Greet fans enthusiastically and deliver fan-first service with timely, quality support.
  • Meet brand standards with inventory and cash controls knowledge.
  • Ensure daily operations align with PRIDE systems and routines for success.
  • Assist GM with hiring, training, and developing Shift Leads and crew members.
  • Create a safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members.
  • Address issues impacting profit and loss to optimize sales and margins.
  • Support local store marketing efforts and monitor competitive activity.
