Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotions, or 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains team members on workstation operations and ensures compliance with JIB procedures, systems, standards, and food safety.
• Delivers exceptional guest service by training staff to greet guests, take accurate orders, and maintain fast, friendly service.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness, oversees interior/exterior areas, and ensures proper appearance and conduct during busy times.
