Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience preferred.

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with processes and policies.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve quarterly goals.

• Address performance concerns with the General Manager and conduct reviews as needed.
