Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and teammates).
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.

• Effective communication and anticipation of customer needs.
• Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members and report results.
• Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards.
• Supervise food quality, safety, cost and new menu items.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff are trained and service areas are organized.
