Job summary

McDonald’s in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant General Manager to join our operations team. You’ll lead key internal functions, train staff, oversee food safety, inventory management, and help drive restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

You’ll delegate tasks, report results, and work closely with the General Manager to deliver excellent service in kitchen, people, and service areas. A background in leadership and customer focus is required.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
• Strong customer service and support focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Delegate tasks to team members and report back results.
• Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People and Service.
• Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
