Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day activities of associates in a restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in the interview process for hiring associates.
• Assign work tasks and prepare schedules for shifts.
• Monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures.
