Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations at the Honolulu location. You will supervise associates, ensure compliance with HACCP, safety standards, and cash handling policies while coordinating with the General Manager on staffing and performance issues.

Ideal candidates have at least four years in food and beverage, two years in supervisory roles, and strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Requires minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Requires ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensures compliance with adult beverage policies and staff AB procedures.
