Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management or related major; 1 year experience in F&B.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising daily shift operations.
• Supervises restaurant and related areas in the absence of leadership.
• Communicates department goals to staff to achieve results.
• Opens and closes restaurant shifts.
• Monitors service quality and ensures compliance with policies.

Education
