Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead all food and beverage outlets, supervise outlet staff, and uphold service standards across the hotel. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, scheduling support, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in operations.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, training staff, resolving issues, and participating in regular meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
• Micros system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets.
• Supervise Restaurant Outlet associates.
• Train associates on food preparation, sanitation, and service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates.
• Maintain open communication between management and staff.
• Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
• Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant.
• Participate in weekly staff, sales, and food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory.
• Ensure all food served meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes.
• Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
