Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the Bar and Lounge team and oversee beverage costs. The role requires hands-on leadership in a full-service environment with a focus on quality service and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in full-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of beverage cost and inventory control.
• Hands-on attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Micros experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Bar and Lounge staff, servers, bartenders, bussers, steward and hostesses.
• Assist the manager with liquor orders and maintain inventories to meet budget and NC ABC rules.
• Ensure high-quality food is prepared and expedited to all outlets.
• Offer support across hotel operations as needed.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and monthly inventory.
